This unit works great if the car is in the stop/park position. Once on the road, I could not voice dial a number/name and if I used my cell phone to call a specific name or number, the conversation was either garbled or the call would cut off. I returned my unit. I initially purchased two of these Bluetooth units and gave one as a gift. I hope that one works better than mine. Will not know for another week or two. I must admit, I did love the fact that it was very easy to operate and thought I had finally found the perfect answer to hands free calling.
