couldn't use but great company to deal withMar 26, 2012

Ordered this jacket without really paying attention to the "12V" in the description. Turns out you need to attach this jacket to your motorcycle battery. go figure. Long story short, called Venture Heated Clothing, they recommended a different heated jacket, returned 12V jacket, got the new jacket,,, all quickly and hassle free.
