Travel Pillow -- Great Support for neck painFeb 15, 2012

I use this travel pillow to support my neck when riding in a car -- provides good support and helps keep my head in place so that my muscles are not strained as bad as they would be. Still very painful for me to travel in a car due to what doctors diagnosed as Fibromyalgia with neck and back pain, but this helps so I am not entirely homebound. I just put it in a regular pillowcase that I can wash.
