5Well MadeMar 19, 2009

They are what they are ... Sturdy microfiber pads to mop the floor with.

They do their job well and are holding up well. I'm happy that I don't have to buy throwaway pads any longer.

Here's a dumb household hint: After I scrub the floor, I remove the pad and rinse it in the bathroom sink. I then scrub the sink with the pad and a non-abrasive cleaner, rinse the pad and hang it to dry ... Floor's clean, sink's clean, pad's clean ... Life is good.

5Great mop cloth and other uses tooJun 15, 2008
By housemom10 "Kim"
These mop cloths are great as is the Lotus mop and water ionizer. These mop heads can also double as foot mops. My kids and I love mopping with the mop (and it's great with the ionized water because it really cleans and because it's chemical free - I don't have to worry about my kids getting it on them!) But the best part about these mop heads is that my kids and I put them on our feet (I am a women's size ten and my daughter is a kid's size 11 - they fit her like flip flops) and we can go all over the house wiping things up with our feet. Strange use, maybe. Excellent product, yes.

I saw in another review someone mentioned about the microfiber cloths leaving lint and I had never experienced this with the cloths or the mop heads. It is important to note that microfiber cloths should be laundered and dried separate from anything else, because the pickup power of the microfiber will pick up lint from other items you are washing if combined.

Found I can use these on my Bissell steam mop. They cost less and do a good job.

4Works well with the SwifterJul 04, 2009
By thia
I move to a 1000 sq ft apatment with almost all white tiles and it was so difficult to clean. I needed something and thought the Swifter would help. Their wet pads just pushed dirt all over, left dirt lines and didn't even clean around the grout lines even though I went through the area first with the dry pads for dirt. I would go through ~10 wet pads to "clean" my floors plus I would then have to go over the entire floor with my mircofiber towels. That did the job so I thought if I can replace their pads with a microfiber pads, it might work so I went on Amazon and found this microfiber cleaning pad and they fit the Swifter head snuggly, not the XL version. It works!!! I don't have to continuously buy Swifter chemical pads to fill our landfills. The Tersano cloth pads are washable and because it thicker and absorbent, it cleans much better and doesn't deposit dirt in the floor grouts. I have no lint problem as mention by another reviewer. The investment in the Tersano pads was ~$6.00 and the original Swifter starter kit was ~$11; not bad considering a typical sponge mop is ~18 and are horrible on tile. Buy the Swifter but don't waste money or time with their wet or dry pads.

4Love the system, but improvements could be madeNov 19, 2008
By Marny Youngdahl "scottandmarny"
I love the lotus system. I use the spray bottle every day and the mop about once a week. I'm thankful that there is a mop that works with the system, however it takes quite a bit of muscle to push. I don't know if that's because of the microfiber mop head or the design of the mop. For a while I thought it might be the angle that I'm pushing it at as I'm short at 5'2". However, my husband who is 6'1" had the same difficulties. It simply takes a lot of strength to push. The mop isn't heavy, but the mop head grips the floor in such a way that it's tough to move-- I guess that's part of how it picks up dirt.

The mop head itself works well. It takes some effort to put it on the mop and get the corner seams in the right places. If they aren't lined up, then the mop pulls to one side similar to when a car is out of alignment.
