Terrible item - Dishonest vendorFeb 15, 2009

Item didnot work properly. Hardly any heat felt. Didnot receive response when contacted. Used Amazon A-Z guarantee to file a claim request. Was disappointed. They denied it saying I didnot have electronic proof of return - whereas I had a paper version - that even the IRS accepts...

I was outside of the guarantee period due to the vendor stringing me along. The vendor is MedicaRite. Amazon did me the same thing and I had proof of return. They only stand behind their profit and vendors. Even in the face of proof of fraud by a vendor. Amazon will stand behind the vendor and screw the customer.
