 Stops Working - No customer supportJun 12, 2010
Don't buy this product. It occasionally stops working for no apparent reason. You must re-install to fix it. And if you re-install it a few times the product key becomes corrupt. I called tech support many times and they cant fix it. They tell me to buy the upgrade. So I bought this product and it only worked for a few months. Don't waste your money. Webwatcher is much better.

Specor Soft is an Excellent company but the Spector Pro Vs.6.0 Is OUT OF DATE.
Not Supported any longer. Don't waste your money.
Buy the latest product from the manufacturer for another $10.00 dollars and you will have support with a software that is capable of dealing with the latest websites your trying to monitor or prevent.

I installed it on my 12 y.o son comp to control his acts,but when some got wrong=customer service was kinda fishy-u can smell it.

This item has allowed me to prove that my wife had been having an ongoing relationship with an old high school boyfriend. After denying it and lying to me (her husband of 18 years and 17 year old daughter) Her deception was easily extinguished by a few rather risque' photos that her boyfriend and she traded regularly over a number of months via my 17 year old daughters personal computer.
If you have any suspicions of anything this software is completely undetectable yet easily accessible with a few keystrokes. My experience with Spector Pro software has left me a richer man both in spirit and monetarily.

 Good Product But I Refuse to Pay TwiceMar 31, 2010
I will not go into long drawn out detail. I was happy with Spector Pro. I purchased it for use on two home computers. It was great until it stopped working. I wanted to re download it from the email they sent when I purchased it. The download no longer works and the company wants me to buy it again. They will not send me the link for what I have already paid for.
