This item is not functioning as the seller boasts and it is a piece of junk!
I spent $159 and bought it from Amazon. com. I did not find any user guide and product description in the package.
I used this item couple of times but I did not feel any better; I still have pain on my shoulder and can't move or lift up my arm. I wanted to contact the seller about return by dialing the phone number the seller provided on the pack list but it is non-working number. I called their toll-free number several times but the representative only took the call and never provided RMA# for return. I finally got an email from the seller after I spent so much time and efforts. In the email, the seller offered return policy: if the package is open and the product is once used, the item can't be returned.
The seller is playing games with buyers and lies on their product. The seller is a liar and cheater.
If you are looking for any item on their website, you'd better not buy any thing from them, otherwise, you won't get what you want but just waste your money.
