My nutritionist suggested that I try this for severe arthritis in my hands and wrists. After using it twice a day for several months, I have much less swelling and pain, and others are now commenting on how much better my hands look. It is well worth buying, it has provided me with a safe and effective alternative to surgery.

I suffered a bone bruise on my foot playing softball. My doctor told me the typical recovery time is at least 2-3 months. I decided to try the lumen after hearing some of the testimonials. After four one hour treatments, I am no longer walking with a limp and experience no pain whatsoever. This has occured well in advance of the 2-3 month timeframe I was originally given. I am a believer now.

Setting #5 is the most powerful, IMO.
Twice a day treatments are needed. The body doesn't heal "overnight". It may take a month or two before you realize it is indeed helping.
