Same great product -- simply the best for feeling natural with no yeast infections or stickiness (like the water-based can cause). The bottle design is different, supposed to be dripless. Haven't noticed a difference yet but it looks to work just fine.

My wife can be very dry at times due to medication and this product works wonders for easy penetration, but you only need a very small drop because it works so good!
