Not well built...the diaphragm continues to slip offDec 23, 2009

While the potential for FUN is in the product, the product itself is manufactured with a poorly designed diaphragm. When shooting this air gun, the diaphragm continues to slip out of the 'holding ring' and requires fixing.
I was extremely disappointed with the product, and would like another to compare the problem, or a refund.
In any event, it would have been fun to use. Buy a different product, and do not waste your money on this cool idea!
I had no problem with AMAZON's part of this purchase...only the manufacturers misleading statements.

This is a great toy, it's basically exactly as I imagined it as I eventually got it to work. However assembly was more than difficult. Trying to extend the 3 layers while keeping them perfectly lined up proved a challenge, and if you messed up you had to push it back down and try again. And fitting the knotches into the placements was very frustrating and took about 20 minutes total. But when finally figured out, it was the airzooka I had been anticipating.

I had extreme difficulty putting this piece together. The laser was built incorrectly and the angle is impossible to connect it to the airzooka. Severely dissapointed.

Not one full day after we got this really great toy in the mail, the outer rim doesn't stay on. My son says "This was really fun, but it lasted from 4pm when we got it, to 10pm, when it broke. Now it is nothing but a bucket with laser sight and a shower cap on it." He was really looking forward to it, and really enjoyed it. He didn't abuse it, and yet, it isn't even usable now. He is sorry that he spent his allowance money on it, and I am too...

this toy is fun AND EXTREMELY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER!!!!! an ape could figure it out. slide the sections in place, clip on the handle and laser pointer, and turn the plastic clips into the handle. SIMPLE
