The cushion is nicely padded and shaped, but there are no "spots" as pictured if that matters to you. The strap is too small to go around seat of small suv (Honda crv). Overall, good support but can't be strapped in place unless you have a pretty small driver's seat. Note the shipping time ; they mean it.
