Quick pain reliefMar 14, 2010
By Cindy Wine I get a lot of neck and head pain from staring at a computer screen all day so I've been taking this to work with me. I leave the pillow in the car but put the ice pack in the freezer and use it at lunch and when I leave at 5:00 I use the ice pack and pillow in the car while I drive. It's nice to arrive home without a headache. The gel pack is much better than ice since it's smooth and not lumpy. Surpisingly it works much better than a heating pad, too.
