My Brother told me about these and after trtying out the first set I ordered two more. They really do keep lettuce and other fragile produce fresh for so much longer. I accidentally left fresh strawberries in one for three weeks and there was no mold on them. I love that the plastic is the "safe" kind. They can be used in the freezer, microwave and are dishwasher safe. I have saved a bundle on traditional plastic storage bags and previously discarded food. It's great to cut up all my veggies and fruit for the week and have them stay as fresh as they day I bought them and ready to eat anytime. My husband even raves about them, which says ALOT!

I ordered two sets of these hoping they would be super air tight. At first I thought it worked. Pressed in the top cover really tight almost thinking I was going to break the top lid. I put it in the fridge and over night the seal indicator showed it wasn't sealed anymore. They have some stupid instruction where you need to press down on the top lid really hard to suck out the air then spin the date dial one full rotation. I mean seriously what is a plastic circle going to do for the seal? I inspected it and it doesn't add any extra sealing, it's a snap on plastic piece. I emailed customer service, never got back to me. It's been about 2 weeks, not even an automated email response saying they received my inquiry. Never buying this crap again. Can I say crap on Amazon? Well either way, it's crap. Sorry forgot to mention, total crap.

I thought the containers were clear, but they are not. I have others and prefer the clear ones. Also, the lid on the biggest container has had to be replaced. The seal never worked, even after replacing all the parts. The others work fine.
