First of all if you like feeling the floor through your exercise mat then this is the mat for you. I also did not realize it came with a loose fabric around the so called padding. If it wasn't such a pain and I wasn't so lazy I would return it. $50.00 is way too much for this. I recommend staying away from this product it's not so "sunny".

fold up nicely, but not a lot of protection for a fall. Also, very sliperly and moves around on tile and hardwood.

I ordered 2 of these and one of them was damaged. They are very slipper and slide all over the place. The material is cheap and when you land of them, its not much better than just landing on the hard ground.

This mat is thicker that most and that makes it easy on the back. I use it in an excercise room and fold it up after each use so the easy-fold design is perfect for me.

It was so comfortable I'm using it as a "floor Chair" ... Just lean one panel against a wall or cabinet. Oh, and it is great for floor excercises too :)
