 Heloful swiming toolMay 22, 2010
I thought FINIS Tec Toc was very helpful in learning how to swim as an adult. It's rather large item, but it has come to be very helpful during my swimming classes

I can't tell you whether this product is any good. My swim coach suggested it would help in learning rotation better.My problem is this product is only for SKINNY people. Unless you have some perfect swimmers body, it is likely it won't fit so well. I am in my 50s and I can tell you that it won't fit any above "average" waist.. Maybe it helps but WATCH OUT FOR SIZE- it's small small small - I would guess that it won't fit a waist much over 30 to 32 inches. I, for one, am learning to swim well b/c i hurt my foot from overuse. So I really am working on swimming FINIS usually makes good products - but this one is only made for small people.
