Don't buy thisJan 19, 2010
By R. Pascual This is a complete waste of money. I had high hopes after watching it on YouTube. I'm an intermediate swimmer but needs a lot of improvements with hip rotation and arm extension. I figured this thing would help. All it did was frustrate and distract me. First of all, the side fins kept slipping all the way to the back of the belt , that after one lap , it becomes a monofin. I look like a shark with a belt on. It causes a lot of drag and stops you from moving forward. Plus, as the fin slips backwards, it scratches too. Did anyone test this before selling it? I doubt it. It's a $30 mistake. I give it a 1 star for fooling me. Don't buy this piece of crap.

only for small peopleJun 10, 2009

I can't tell you whether this product is any good. My swim coach suggested it might work, but she had problem making it fit right. She is thin. My problem is this product is only for SKINNY people. Unless you have some perfect swimmers body, it is likely it won't fit so well. I am in my 50s and I can tell you that it won't fit any above "average" waist.. Maybe it helps but WATCH OUT FOR SIZE- it's small small small
