 Works better than I had even expected!!!Feb 06, 2010

I love my Finis Kickboard. It works equally well with either one or two hands. It's so incredibly light and manageable that I feel I always have total control. Plus it's smaller than all the other kickboards used by the other swimmers at my local pool, which has made it incredibly easy to transport in my small gym bag. I just bought a Finis Snorkel, but haven't had a chance to test it with this kickboard. I can't wait to see how well the two work together. But either way, I highly recommend this Finis kickboard for it's easy of use and sense of comfort it brings.

Exactly what I neededApr 13, 2011

I enjoy swimming about four miles a week for fitness and I've been avoiding kicking drills for years. When using regular kickboards I feel strain on my back because the board keeps my upper body too high; when using them for flutter kicks to the sides, I can't always hold on to the board and often lose the grip in the middle of my drills. I sometimes have to take breaks from kicking just to rest my hands or change my grip on the board. However, with the FINIS board I can finally work on my kicks without the strain and mishaps. Two things differentiate it from other boards. First, I do believe the fact that the board glides below the water line really does help body alignment and keeps my back from straining. Second, slipping the hand or hands under the strap creates a very natural and comfortable position for the hands and lower arms. I no longer lose the board and my hands no longer get tired. I also like the smaller size of it as I carry my equipment back and forth from home every time I swim. I am very happy with this board. I've actually added more distance to my workout since I began using the FINIS board.
(Someone should tell the young lady in the FINIS video that she is adding a downward butterfly kick to her breast stroke kick and could be disqualified in a competition.)

Bought this to give me some variation while exercising in the pool. I simply put both of my hands on it and kick. It works as designed and makes your legs do all the work! Very tiring, but helps build some stamina!

Before buying this product even i thought what difference will it make, whether its alignment kickboard or any other kickboard. And i was still learning to kick before i bought this product. As soon as i received this i headed to the pool, and this product thought me kicking on the first day itself. A great product, which is worth spending money on.

for all who practice swimming this table is essential, despite being smaller than I expected, is more than enough to keep afloat your arms and a perfect swimming position.
