Way Cool and HELPFUL...Sep 24, 2010

I don't own these, BUT I use them with my swim coach who is teaching me how to swim efficiently and much better than I am now. She is a swim coach at a major university in the DC area and has totally transformed my swimming - back to the mirrors. They have these mirrors which they put down to watch myself. What she keeps telling me to change I can see Immediately in these mirrors and finally "get it" I am considering buying for myself to swim drills. I was a marathoner and arthritis got my knee and took me out of action. I like the mirrors and recommend them. oooo RAH
