I wish I could have given this product a zero star but that did not exist. This did not work and it grabbed a hold of a piece of my skin. I had to turn the machine off so it would release my skin!!!!

I was very exited when I first placed my order , however when I received it, it took only 10 minutes for me to put it back, into its original packet and placed my refund request.The pruduct , didn't even take a single peach of fuzz and plus, it cut the hair just like a razor, but not as convenient as a razor.I must also admit that sending it back and getting my money was realy easy.

Do not cancel that lip waxing just yet because this product was very disappointing. There is not proper instructions that comes with this product but it does not matter how I use it -- it does not work. Not worth the money.
