I really do love the gyroscopic motion for exercising my hands, arms, and shoulders. I've found few products I enjoy using as much as I do this ball. I NOT like the fact this thing sounds like it's screaming it's last breath after just a few months. The docking station starter is okay. It tends to be a lot of trouble to use until you get the hang of it. I'd rather just use the pull string, but the little plastic tips tore off of those in a few weeks, so you end up really needing to start it by hand. For the price you pay for this, it would be nice if it worked as it does when it is new, for several years. The older this thing gets, the less useful it becomes. It almost feels loose now. I ended up purchasing a similar metal ball from the UK that I like a great deal more, though my wife and children still use this one.

This little product helped me to get away my carpal tunnel, I couldn't sleep because of the pain and doing excersice with this ball help me so much :D
