5My hand is stronger and my wrist doesn't hurt anymore! :o)Jan 21, 2010
By Christopher R. Ralston ""I am not strong because of who I am or what i've done, I am strong because of who He is and what HE has done for me""
i tried my friends out once and thought it was cool. so i decided i would try to get one. definitely a good idea, it works the muscles for gripping things and also your forearm, while also relieving wrist pain. :o) definitely a good buy!

1Not Worth it..Feb 10, 2012
By MardeeT "MardeeT"
Purchased this with open mind, after getting it and trying to use it I was very disappointed.

It was impossible to start up manually without the power dock, I'm right handed, and using it in the left hand was very difficult. It was hard to keep it going once you got in the rhythm, numerous times I had to put it back on the dock, and get it started back up again. When I did get it working and continuing to work, I didn't really a lot of muscles being worked, my wrist got tired from going side to side, but elbow, shoulder, and arm in general, nada. I think this is gimmick like the shake weight, it just doesn't look as bad to use as one of those. In the end I returned mine because it quit working to the degree that I could never get it going and keep it going. Maybe I got a defective one from the start since I could not ever get it started manually fast enough to use that momentum in a workout session. I have nothing to compare this experience with, so my one time overall impression. Not worth the money, stick to convential weights and workouts that are proven effective, this is a gimmick, and for those reporting results, it may just be the placebo effect, or someone marketing the device with vested interest.

Thanks

so far so good.. I've been trying to take super good care of it though. It was working great until I tried taking it from my bro and he threw it on the ground. It started clicking after that however making sure I'm using the proper rotation dictated by the gyro, the ball still works...
BALL is absolutely more effective when moving your arms. Really I just wish this ball could generate more force so it would be heavier.

Oh and if you're lazy like me the and enjoy toking while working out, the docking station is a great convenience

1Not enough resistanceFeb 29, 2008
By W. H. Klingler
You could spin this thing for 10 minutes with any fatigue. It just doesn't have enough resistance.
