The wheel sticks a little when not against bare skin. So if you are doing a massage over a t-shirt, the ball doesn't roll. Also, it is a little too compact for my taste. I've used massage rollers before that had a slightly bigger handle so it doesn't cramp your hands to hold it. Overall, not bad though.

There are a lot of wigets and gagets out on the market to help you feel better but this is about the only one I have found that really seems to work and it feels really good. I actually bought this one to replace one I had lost. The only down side to this one is that the ball is a little smaller than the one I had and I liked the larger ball better. Still a great item.

This inexpensive little ball has alleviated a lot of the neck tension and headaches I get from a previously broken neck. To be fair, it doesn't solve the issues, but it does alleviate the tension so that my doctor visits are less frequent. I simply can't get along without it.

For when someone wants a 'hard' massage, your hands and fingers get tired, this is a great way to help. The ball feels really good, and get 'in' to the muscles like 'hard' massage does.
