Not a Back Support, Just a PillowOct 21, 2011

The word "support" is part of the name of this product, and it absolutely does not support the back. This is nothing but a pillow.
I use a back support that looks just like this at work, and I wanted another to use at home. But after I received it, I found that it isn't the same. It feels like it contains foam rubber. It's very flexible, and feels just like a pillow.
My back needs support. I assumed The Therapy Connection (the seller) online would be like a store, and I could return this. But they said they would not take it back even though it is brand new with all the packaging.
So I left negative feedback, and they called me to say they would take the pillow back if I removed the negative feedback. So I removed it. Then they said I have to return it at my own expense, even though I already paid shipping for an item that is not as they claim.
So now I'm stuck with this pillow I can't use, and Amazon doesn't allow you to leave feedback for a bad seller once you've removed it.
