Hi there, this product is well made and that's about all I can say about it. If you want to banish headaches, start eating wholesome foods and learn all you can about what you're eating ... food allergies, etc. I recommend you read anything and everything by Dr. Gillian McKeith, and watch "You Are What You Eat".
