This is my 5th Koolatron product purchase...all with excellent results. For the minor price difference, the 26 qt, D25 is a step up from the smaller 13 qt. D13.
I had a minor issue with this purchase: the product displayed by most suppliers is the discontinued D24, not the current D25. One key difference being that the cooling unit is located in the front of the unit rather than at the end... this may be significant to some purchasers...in my case I was able to accommodate the change.
A positive feature not found on the earlier D24 is that the polarity on the D25 is reversible allowing for heating as well as cooling.
Communications with the supplier, HealioHealth were personal, prompt, courteous and very helpful...I was impressed!
