Honestly i enjoy the variation of vibration. If you put your playlist on shuffle (not the entire Ipod because then you may get a song you hate and kill your mood) and get a bit of personal lube you'll be squirming and panting in no time.
The problems i found was that for the vibe t register the music it had to be at 75% volume (a bit too loud for me (I've got great headphones)and the wires are a pain in the ass. If you put the Ipod on a pillow and straighten the the wires before you start there is a lot less tangling.
Its a pretty good product, rather fun for me since my life practically revolves around music. the best types of music to play for a variation of vibe (pop, trance and rock (Coheed and Cambria works exceptionally well, their song Welcome Home is like an instant orgasm with this thing!)
and if you buy it and decide the music during masturbation/sex isn't your thing then you can always just switch the ends and then it turns into a regular vibe.
