This video goes with an excellant product. It is set up for senior citizens with senior citizens instead of 20 year old size 4 women!

This DVD came with the Resistance Chair and I exercise along with it every other morning and after a couple of months, have noticed a great improvement in the strength of my leg muscles (bad knees). In addition, I use Leg Magic, lift three and five pound weights, and walk around our 425 unit apartment complex on alternate days. Before beginning my lower workout exercises, I was not able to stand very long nor walk any significant distance.
I have ordered another Resistance Chair DVD called Power Ride that promotes greater workout impact exercises and with the mini bike if you have one. It is wonderful to actually work out with seniors who have some physical challenges as well.
