This is the BEST cervical pillow I have ever tried. I have a whiplash that is over 40 years old, and I have bought every pillow on the market. NONE of them worked. So I made my own but it was so uncomfortable that I was up all night. I just got this Core Air Pillow from my chiropractor, and this is a Godsend. I actually had my first good nights' sleep in years! I can adjust the air as firm as I need it and it will never deflate like foam does. This is the BEST PART! Your neck can stay stable all night long. The only improvement I would make to this already-great product is that I would have an air pump on BOTH sides of the pillow so the larger side could also have this capability. GREAT PRODUCT! I am so happy with it!

 Inflatable tube shifts around.Nov 18, 2010

We loved these pillows at first, but the inflatable tubes shifted out of the fiber stuffing and became crooked, rendering the pillow unusable. We ended up removing the inflatable tubes and sewing the pillows closed again. This makes them like regular air core pillows (which we like, but tend to wear out in a matter of months). It is a good concept, but needs a bit more refinement.

This is a great product for anyone who has suffered an injury to the neck. The adjustable feature lets you control the firmness and comfort level. I would highly recommend this product.

I've just ordered another one of these pillows. After recovering from a procedure on my neck and then most recently being whiplashed in '07, finding a comfortable pillow has been difficult.
My collection includes every kind of pillow known to humanity, and this is the only one that bears a repeat purchase and constant useage.
Another reviewer mentioned the shifting of the bladder in the pillow. I manuever it externally back into position. It has held up well and provides a measure of relief.
If you're experiencing neck distress, whether chronic or new, this may be the answer to your pillow ponderance.
